Here are some turkey reviews from our customers:

-Emmet (the turkey) was moist and juicy.  Thanks again and happy thanks day.

-Just a note to thank you for raising such a fine bird for our Thanksgiving feast. It was a 19.75# beauty! We brined it overnight and then cooked it outside in a big cast-iron dutch oven over a woodfire/coals. It was fantastic!!! Very moist and meaty. We thanked the bird for growing for us and THANK YOU for being family farmers with heart and wisdom.
